Can women give cervical cancer 2 guys?

Cus my Dr told me guys have a every low risk so there for guys can't get it from women but women can get it from guy and women are born with it.

HPV vaccine effective against the two most common cancer-causing strains of HPV has been licensed in the U.S. and the EU. These two HPV strains together are currently responsible for approximately 70% of all cervical cancers. Since the vaccine only covers some high-risk types, women should seek regular Pap smear screening, even after vaccination.

Considering men don't have a cervix NO. HPV an STD can cause cervical cancer when left untreated. Men can carry the HPV virus with no symptoms at all. Passing it from partner to partner. Women can also pass HPV to their partners.
