there is one way... if a women really wants to have s*x with someone so badly that at night they pretnd they are and dream about then they will suffer symptoms of pregnancy such as lactating and missed periods.

Stranger things have happened.  There have been reports of women who have not been pregnant nursing babies.  It can happen but it is not common.  If you are having problems, you should consult your doctor to ensure you do not have an infection etc.
