Not sure where above is getting his info, but there's some pretty good placebo controlled studies indicating that Viagra does provide some sort of benefit to women. This implies that the nitric oxide pathway is implicated in women's sexual function.

Shame on you for thinking human biology won't reuse a perfectly good signaling pathway because the anatomy is different.

Yes, they can take it.

It will do absolutely nothing for them, however.

Erections occur when the muscles in a p***s loosen up to allow blood flow into the p***s, which causes it to get bigger and harder. Men with erectile dysfunction have problems that prevent this from happening.

Viagra helps the muscles in the p***s act as they should, but does not chemically affect sexual desire, besides reassuring men they can have erections. Some women take it and claim it makes for better s*x, but this is a placebo effect, where because they expect better s*x, they get it. If told they were taking Viagra but were really getting a sugar pill, the effect would be the same.

If you don't have a p***s, Viagra simply cannot do anything for you.
