Most of the departments you can work for allow that. They are also really flexible with letting you leave for class and come back after. Work Study is a great way to work while in school.

depends. I would check with your manager or supervisor first, usually if it is a slow job they wont care!

Depends on what the job is (if I'm understanding your question correctly). I had a work study job at a library on campus, and there were certain times during my shift where I could study (when the library was quieter). Work study employers know that you are a student, so they will be open with you about the ability to study while you are working when they hire you.
