Can worms combine their brains?

Question

i have a science project to invent new evolutions. I want to know if it possible a clump of worms could fuse together and evolve into a human brain. The brains could become nuerons and the bodies could become blood vessels. I think we have skulls because worms should be moist. Sometimes in movies they show people reach up their hands out of dirt and maybe that's how we actually evolved.
