Can wry neck kill a bunny?

it can if it is not treated.  there usually is a more serious underlying condition causing the wry neck so get to a vet asap... and yes it is painful if left untreated.

YES, it can and usually does kill, if not treated.

Yes it can. Very slow and painfully to. Dont try it.
