Can yahoo group posts be posted on another group?

a person made a post on one yahoo group, another person took that post and moved it to a group the original poster was not on. is this against yahoo group rules?

yes, that is against Yahoo TOS unless they had permission from the writer of the post to do so. the person who wrote the post, that was then posted else where can send the abuse form to yahoo. if that person doesn't have a Yahoo account, not much will happen however. you'd then have to report it to that person ISP provider

if you know the member who posted it, remove them from your group
