Can yahoo tell me why an image search for "g*y Flag" requires the adult filter to be off? it's only a flag!

Straight people don't have a flag ?   Why does the g*y community need a flag ?  I honestly don't see that it's sexualized.  Neither group should be sexualized. People are just people.

I think the searches problem is that there is so much p**n/spam out there that it takes up positions 1 - 5000 in the search engine.  Type the word s*x education in google and I can guarantee that your first choice isn't going to be anything educational that you might be looking to reference for  teaching children.

Dunno....I suppose every so often the odd sexual image seeps through the adult filter if you search for s*x etc. It's not perfect so they're probably covering their arses just in case....speaking of which, if you search for "g*y flag" at some point you're bound to find an image of a flag inserted into a g*y man's r****m. >_<
