The New York Yankees are not spoilers. They play to win the game, not help another team to playoffs.

This season is not yet over. It's not denial-- it's being a fan. My team is in it until mathematical elimination.

Well in order for them to spoil it for the Sox, they would have to purposely lose 8 games to the Rays and White Sox and then sweep Boston at Fenway.....hahahah, not happening.

The Yankees are out of it and have been since the owner's son said they "..have had too many injured players." When the owners are making excuses/alibis...turn out the lights. They would love to be spoilers. But, frankly, they don't pack the gear.
