  2. There's always room for improvement in everything.  There are always things that haven't been discovered yet.  To improve your Yoga, you can improve your focus during the class or routine.

  4. No, it is all the same.  They are repackaging the same old stuff.   This is an art of many thousands of years.

    I am sure there are. In fact, there are talks that there is a lost ancient form of martial arts which Yoga was derived from - called Yi Jing Jing. It was invented by Dharmo - a high monk from India who travelled to China and started the whole Shaolin kungfu. It is said that practicing Yi Jing Jing could enhance the body systems and promote health besides obtaining superb prowess.
