  4. I do frequently. Just make sure you take it out with plenty of time to defrost before you want to use it again. Overnight in the fridge does the trick.

  5. Yes you can freeze Pizza dough. It is best frozen after kneading and before it rises. Portion it into balls,oil it to prevent freezer burn and wrap tightly with cling film. Defrost in fridge over night and then  allow to rise as nornal at room temperature fresh. You can also freeze the dough after rising and shapping. The resulting bread maybe a little more tough than for fresh dough. The other option is to freeze par-baked pizza bases.
