Can you Openly Be Bisexual On Disney Channel?

Question

Hi im 15 years old and i want to be on disney channel and if i actually get on the channel. Like can i openly be bisexual or No that i have to be potrayed straight what should i do. because it would be stupid to pretend to be straight. I really want to be on disney channel but i think that nobody would like like me if i was bi on disney channel. Like would that be as a big scandal as Miley cyrus.

what are your ideas and descussions i would love to know.

Will my sexual orientation stop me from succeeding on this channel.

The disney corporation is run by fundamentalist christians. Youd have to be like way hush hush about your sexuality. They would never write in an openly bisexual character, so even if you did get an acting position there, youd have to act as a straight person. Thats just how it is. Thats how its always going to be. (Not that I agree with it)

i dont think u should talk about being bi sexually.....(for now at least) ...cuz disney is for children and i dont think you would make it far and.....look how the got  mad at miley when she did that mag cover....for now when audition for a role or what ever just dont bring it up cuz their not ready for it.....well at least for now....  i hope i helped....

i don't know, disney is a stupid channel anyway they took all the good shows off the air, but if u ever do get on disney be yourself , tell them that ur bi and if they don't like it forget about it becuase they are not likeing u 4 who u are

That's a hard one.  You should be able to be who you are wherever you are, but the values of the Disney Channel are pretty much traditional Christian.  If you made it, I doubt that they would put you in role where your character was attracted to both sexes.  A lot of people would throw a fit.  Sorry.

Yeah because this world is stupid and everyone gets judged for being who they truly are... But maybe you could help stop that cycle... be proud!

disney is a load of bull, but i have thought about trying out, myself.

im thinking that they're not gonna take you if you let them know that you are bi.

even if they keep it secret, they'll be afraid that someone will find out. which will cause a huge scandal with the moms and the media.

if i were you, i would either

1) not audition

2) pretend you are straight [aw that sucks]

3) take your chances and just tell them
