Can you Password Protect folders and movies on an IPOD Touch?

I have sensitive videos of my college project and want to put it on a IPOD Touch because its small and very portable. Am I able to password protect that data?

the touch has hidden folders and so you can't see its contents when connected to a computer so transferring files outside of itunes isnt easy without being a hacker.

also you CAN put a PIN on the ipod which LOCKS it and this can be set to be needed after every hour or every minute of unattended use.

set a security PIN for every minute and no-one should be able to watch or use it and even plugging in to itunes it will ask for the PIN first.
