Go ahead we have a new law up here any one caught going 30 mph above the speed limit automatically gets a walking ticket for a week and their car impounded for a minimum of a week and checked for racing stuff . Can you guess where the car goes if caught with racing stuff on it? Crunch crunch and you don't have to be racing either just go to fast. Last weekend they impounded 150 cars for that very reason. One American was clocked at over 200kph [ that's about 125 mph ] on the 401 highway and lost his car.[ a Lamborghini ].

You you cannot.  Not anywhere in Ontario, legally.

With the new laws... if you are caught driving 50 kph over the posted speed limit, you will be charged with 'stunt driving/racing', your vehicle will be impounded for a minimum of a week, your driver's license will be suspended for a minimum of a week, and you will be fined up to $10,000.  Also, if your vehicle is found to have modifications on it especially for 'racing' it will be impounded permanently and destroyed.  

There have been serious repercussions by the police and law enforcement due to the large number of injuries and fatalities surrounding racing and excessive speeding.
