Can you accept payments through paypal like from ebay with a basic personal account?

Yes you can accept them. I do not know of any limits. And it is easy to withdrawl the funds. You link a bank accont to your paypal account and request a withdrawl. They will then deposit the funds to your bank acct. Other options are asking for a check to be mailed to you from paypal- that takes about 3-4 days. Or you can get a paypal debit card and use an ATM or just use the card at stores.
