Can you accidentally shave off a part of your lip pigment?

no i have never heard of it happening, you will have an ugly mark ti;ll it heals but it will heal back to what it was before

i don't think so, because when your lips crack, or when the skin is coming off/dry it still remains the same color. but i'm not sure...
