  1. The ps and ps2 memory cards are all internal memory.  So u just have to set it up under the game settings

  2. You have to buy the adapter to be able to hook it ip to the PS3. Then you just go to your save area on the PS3 and you have to create a folder for them and then a slot (Just like on the PS2 like slot 1 and slot 2 only virtual). After that just copy everything over and you're all set. You could find the adapter pretty easily as people really only have to use it once haha.

  3. you can set up an internal memory card for both ps1 and 2 games (assuming your ps3 can play ps2 games). this would be if your starting a new game for your classic ps1 and 2 games. if you want to transfer a ps1 or 2 memory card over to the ps3. you will need to buy a memory card adapter that runs around $15. you can find them at best buy, circuit city, etc. or you could just find one on ebay maybe for a cheaper price considering you will only use it once or twice.

p.s. you can't put a memory card right into the system itself
