Can you add people do your Myspace Mobsters w/out adding them to your friends list?

I'm addicted to that game..But not many people on my friends list play. And I don't want to have hundreds of people on my friends list if I can just add them to my mob only. I mean I will if I have to but..Lol

you cant - you have to add them to your friends first

but after you add them to your mob, you can delete them from your friends list
