  1. No...You can tell them your personal comments when you get the interview.

  2. YES, but hire a professional resume writer

  3. Hopefully you have the correct answer, in EVERY ones response.

No matter your age, the genre, venue, or what you might assume matters, a resume is a professional method of stating facts pertaining to experience, education, any related awards perhaps, some goals most specific to the job, PERIOD. I wouldn't even offer personal, FAMILY, situational info. at an interview unless asked.

If your "situation" will in any way be a deterrent to you doing the job, IF you get it, then the interview should never happen in the first place. You can tell them about you, if asked, and as a young person, it's possible you'll be asked, but IF accepted, you'll have plenty of time to SHOW them, all about you.

    Just my 2 "scents"

In rereading I see the words "Or Something"??? That might suggest either some confusion, uncertainty, perhaps due to your "situation". It might also mean,,,no offense,,, that you haven't yet developed a general passion for the craft of medium.

  4. no, it's unprofessional

  5. You can write hobbies and interests but don't put: 'I'm really wonderful and I'm sure you'll love me like everyone else does!'

  6. If you can write a legible and cogent cover letter,  do so BUT they are probably not interested in your situation so proceed with caution. Make sure you have someone proofread your letter for grammar and punctuation.

  7. You should have a regular professional resume, you can send a cover letter along with your resume with short information on what you are looking for, then if you were to get an interview, that is where it is the most acceptable to talk about yourself and your situation.

    Hope this helped  :)

  8. cover letters are usually for that. The resume on the back of your head shot has no room for a cover letter and there is also no room for personal comments. Try to fill any gaps in employment by adding educational info and an area for activities, interests and awards- this is just a bulleted list with dates.

  9. no...please do not make a mockery of that as well; it's enough that people think that acting is now tv/commercials/and disney. you want your resume to be professional even thought the entire process you want to enroll yourself in probably isn't. if you want to be "unique" and show how you stand out along with the 3billion others that stand out, put together a tape...why not, right, everyone else is, and make it biographic. that way, disney can get to know the real you, so if, and i do mean IF, they cast you, they can sucessfully take your entire soul and make you what THEY want you to look and sound like. the tape is there for when you hit your mid 20's, and you can sit there and remember the good times: your first s*x tape at 18, your drug addiction, your 4 times in rehab, all the botox treatments, not to mention the bulimia and anorexia...it's at this point they'll sell you the tape you made of yourself 2 years earlier so you can see what it was like to have a soul....

ummmm....wow, so yeah, don't put it on the resume. keep the resume professional. but feel free to add something to it, an essay, a tape, art work, something that will give them a personal look into your life. break a leg, despite my bitterness. i certainly do not wish you personal dissappointment or try to discourage you; you were privy to the hate i have for the youth factory that is disney. that is all. i truly wish you luck and happiness in your endeavors!
