University of Iowa average is around 30k a year if full time if not more. I went there for free!!!! Thank you USMC and scholarships.

no,I can't,I live in eastern Europe so you probably never heard of the city,but since I can't pay my tuition,I will get a scholarship this year or fake mental break-down
