I was really wanting to know what software to use to make graphics and designs. And I was wondering if we could make a site for free without a name before it like freewebs or something. but I mostly want the answer to the graphics thing and I wanna know if there is also a on line thing that can do that for me too like a site and defiantly something I don't pay for PLEASE PLEASE help I need HELP!!!!!!!
