By "how much material" I think you mean the volume of the steps.

Landing is 6x7x(4*7/12) = 98 cu ft

top step is 7*(3*7/12)*(11/12) = 11.2

mid step is 7*(2*7/12)*(11/12) = 7.5

lower step is 7*(1*7/12)*(11/12) = 3.7 cu ft

total = 120.4 cu ft or 4.5 cu yd
