Blind people still dream, they have imagination and a world of "color" with form and substance.  Genetically speaking, our minds have a built in memory of things and for those who never experienced sight, this memory is what fuels the vision of their dream.  Even though a blind person is missing out of one portion of sensory information, they still think just like everyone else.

And if it's a dirty old blind man, I'm sure he's dreaming about what all other dirty old men dream about....  That sweet young thing he crossed paths with that morning...

yea! of corse! I once dreamt that i was blind, so it should be possible for a blind man to dream that he could see! As long as he can see it in his mind, he can dream it.

I'm sure blind people dream. However, their dreams are probably based on things the hear, smell, or touch throughout the day, just like our dreams, only with out the major sight thing. I mean, go one day all day blindfolded, no peaking, you'll probably get a good idea of how a blind person dreams.
