Can you answer this cell phone question?

i'm tired of wasting 15 bucks on cell phone minutes. people know how to fool phone companies and i want to too. how do you get pin nimbers that are valid? is there a way of pulling it off? i have the verizon wireless plan (pre-paid) and need this answer bad. not only is it a money saver i bamboozle as well. if you disagree than please don't respond. if you know what your talking about please give me a website or something important.
