  1. i had symptoms before i took test, sounds like you may be. i know its hard, but wait to take the test so it will be accurate. you can take a first response on tuesday (the 29th) which you would be 5 days before due period.

  2. Typical pregnancy symptoms usually do not appear until after you miss your period and after the pregnancy test is positive.

Many women with typical symptoms are not pregnant and many pregnant women have no typicall symtoms.

Some pregnant women may experience all, some, or none of the typical pregnancy symptoms:

For most women, missing a menstrual period is usually the very first sign that they are pregnant.

Nausea and morning sickness are usually among the earliest pregnancy symptoms

Even before missing a period, some pregnant women report having to go to the bathroom more often.

Tiredness and exhaustion could be among the very early sign of pregnancy.

b*****s may often become tender, similar to the way they feel before your period.

Having a typical biphasic or triphasic temperature chart

Many of these symptoms usually do not appear until after a missed period when hCG levels are high enough to induce these symptoms, often weeks after implantation.

Only by doing a pregnancy test after you miss your period (it's positive in 51% of women 1-2 days before a missed period) can you find out if you are pregnant or not.

  3. My biggest clue was always the craving water.  I HATE water and yet when I was preggo, that was all I wanted.  You sound like you did it this month!  Congrats!

  4. My first symptom was heartburn (I'd never had it before)...way before I could take a pregnancy test, I had it.   Also, I had to pee a lot even before my period was due.  It sounds like you might be pregnant, but since it took me 16 months to conceive, I know that heart-breaking feeling when you have a ton of symptoms and then you have to toss that depressing little stick with only one line in the trash.  With the First Response pregnancy test (the one in the pink box), I tested positive 10 days past ovulation...that would be about four more days for you right?  Give it a try then.  Good luck--I really hope you see two lines!!

  5. Test with a first response early one.  The problem is that pregnancy symptoms are often similar to the way you feel prior to starting your period!  I would test throughout the week if I were you. I am going on 7 days late and though tests are showing neg. I have never been this late and I am feeling a little preggo :)  Sounds to me like you may be too!  Here is a list of early pregnancy symptoms FYI.  Good luck and I'll cross my fingers for ya that this was your month!!

  6. if you get a test that can tell 5 days before your missed period I think it would be acurate at least just to try and see if it shows up...It sounds like a good sign though...so Good Luck and go pee on the stick!!! :)
