Question

hey ya gama3a, here is fazoura/riddle see if you can solve it, I made it up.

What is something you can use to get around, but it doesn't move? This thing needs something else to get you around, but this something else can get you around by itself.

Figure out the first thing, and the something else. they are very closely related!
