  2. iT doesn't matter how long you have been in Canada---most people apply for this visa from OUTSIDE Canada anyway.  As long as you are in Canada legally and have an employer to sponsor you for employment then you should have no trouble.  

  3. If you have a Canadian citizen as a sponsor, yeah.
