you can try.  but i would say no.

The answer is no.  You must clear up any problems that you have in any and all states before a license in another state can be issued to you.

Good Luck.  i got lucky when I did it because the lines were down.  That was over 10 years ago.  I don't think you can now.

In most cases, no, the DMV network is nationwide. You may have some other options if you are in the Military. Best thing is to call the DMV and ask them or look on line. But I am almost positive that you cannot. Good luck.

When you apply, you will be asked if you have ever had a license in another State and if you have ever had a license suspended. You will sign this form. Should you get caught (highly likely) you will be charged with fraud.
