  1. No.  He has a criminal record and he is not -- and never will be -- eligible for a green card.  Do not waste your money on application fees or attorneys at this point.

And why do you want a wifebeater back anyway?  You want to be beaten up?  Spend your money on therapy, not attorneys.

  2. Honey, even though I agree with everyone on here that you shouldn't be asking back for an abuser, I won't judge you.

I think this website might be the wrong place to ask such a specific question.

Your best shot will probably be to pull out your yellow pages book or go on yellowpages.com and look up lawyers in your area.

  3. You need to provide a little more data. However, there is a discretionary waiver available for this ground of inadmissibility under INA § 212(h). This waiver is purely “discretionary,” and may not be available in serious cases of domestic violence.

You'll never know if they will approve or deny the waiver until he files for it.

  4. Why do you want the loser to be here, he has a domestic violence record.  Duh...  That is all we need for another idiot to become a US citizen so that we as taxpayers can support his sorry a**.

  5. YOu have no right to even be here. He is a wife beater hope he gets his can kicked and I hope you get deported with the loser.
