How do I select the a proper cost per click when setting up an Adwords campaign? I understand that a daily maximum can be set, but unsure of how to decide the cost per click. Product....shoes...price range 50-100 dollars... Thanks!

There's no hard and fast rule. It depends:

1. On the keyword

2. On your quality score

3. On your page.

PPC is not an ordinary process, it's very difficult task & good process. It's totally depends on your keywords, and website.
