  3. Sorry, no. Transferring a lease without the lease company's knowledge, approval, and involvement viloates the legal agreement signed by the lessee. Doing so would be pretty stupid anyway, because if something happened to the car the orginal lessee would still be responsible. For example if the subleaser had an accident and killed or hurt someone, the original lessee would be sued.
