i know in Ireland you can but there is always a but you cant use the same name unless you have sold your company and 2 you have be the owner of the company a manager or director but not the owner of the new company

no of course you cant. read the bankruptcy notes online. if you go bankrupt as an individual or business you are not allowed to run a business for someone else, run your own business or be a partner in anykind of business for 5 years. if its personal bankruptcy your not allowed to obtain credit for 5 years or have a current account bank account.

yes as long as the person who's name the business is in is different for example putting in your girl/boyfriends name and employ you as a worker
