Can you be a an engineer CEO?

I have read that CEO's make alot of money and right now I am studying to be an engineer. But can I be a CEO engineer

The CEO of Intersil just changed recently.  (Intersil is a manufacturer of integrated circuits.)  The old guy was a lawyer/accountant type.  The new guy is an engineer.  I am looking forward to good things coming out of Intersil in the near future.  So, yes, it is possible to be a CEO with an engineering background.

The answerer above is correct, though.  You will have a much better chance of becoming a CEO if you have an MBA in addition to an engineering degree.  If you get a Master's degree in engineering AND an MBA, you will be able to command much respect in the job market and in your company.

Yes. Many CEOs are engineers. Most get an MBA after they have their engineering degree.
