I don't agree with fur, chaining dogs, treating KFC chickens with such torture and many other things-but I like meat. Can't I support their cause without it being so black or white?I am a dog lover and don't agree with alot of things that are done to alot of animals, but I still love meat.I don't want to be converted, just wanna support them.I don't like the democrat or republican system either.Life isn't all or nothing, black or white,ya know? Thanks.

  1. Some organizations are unrealistic. Find you one that makes sense to you and commit to it. I agree with you on the political system. What ever happened to COMMON SENSE.

    Meat good, cruelty bad

  2. PETA doesn't really do anything, they just draw attention to themselves. There are better ways to help stop animal cruelty than join a dumb organization like that. Write to your senators congressmen to pass federal laws that put restrictions on the type of living environment a farm animal can have. Peta just pour blood on people with fur coats and yell at people. If you join them they will only yell at you until you become vegetarian and act like them.

  3. lol NO WAY! They are extremist

  4. What you are describing is a conservationist. They care about animals, but aren't wackos. Despite what you hear from the left, most hunters fit into this category as well.

  5. No, because you would be supporting the killing of animals. Besides you know Peta kills like 90% of the animals they take in. All their money goes to protesting. I even worked on a farm where a Peta employees came in and we caught her putting mold into the feed. And drugging animals, so that she could get us closed down.

They are pretty much against keeping doemestic animals. No riding horses, no pets at all if they could get away with it. The even have been known to steal people pets and euthanize them, because they think they are better off dead.

I'd recommend working with the Humane Society or get a job with the ASPCA who actually help the animals. Peta even protests at animal shelters.
