I want to be a neurologist but if I had a hard time getting an M.D could I get a D.O and still be a neurologist but I still want to be employed by a hospital and have the same training as a regular doctor.

  1. Getting a DO isn't necessarily 'easier' than getting an MD. After getting either degree, you can apply for any residency (including neuro) you want.
