I noticed that in some of my shirts I sweat very easily and in some of my other shirts I don't sweat at all. The conditions that I am in are the same so that has noting to do with it. I looked on the tag and they are all made of cotton, could it have to do with the chemicals they were made in?

  1. It's not an allergic reaction, it just sounds like the fabric is of a weave that doesn't allow for the shirt to breathe, so it retains heat and makes you sweat.

It is possible to have allergic reaction to shirts, and end up with rashes, swelling, breathing problems.

  2. It could also be your laundry detergent. You can always randomly have allergies pop up. I haven't really heard of a cotton allergy, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. As far as detergent....has it changed recently? New fabric softener? Your best bet is often going to see your dr who can refer you to an allergist. If not, do some changes at home and see what happens.
