  1. HOPEFULLY!!!!

    Wouldn't want that kind of person living in my Country, we have enough of our own yobs.

    I hear that any foreigner without citizenship status can be deported for any offence, not just serious offences (murder etc..) by also for dropping litter, smoking where banned and similar small offences, and also for some motoring offences.

    I would like to say that if you can't abide to the laws of the Country, we don't want you here, that would get rid of the foreign offenders but of course that still leaves the citizens who break the law, where would they go??

    ======================================...

    This is not intended to sound racist, if I committed an offence in a foreign country I would expect the same treatment.

  2. No. You can get deported for illegally entering or remaining in the country when you have no right to do so.

  3. Deport your *** straight to the emergency room

  4. You can be deported for just being here illegally. Spitting on someone is Assault by contact, a misdemeanor. Doing it to a public servant, ie. a cop, upgrades it to a felony.

  5. If you are arrested and taken to jail, yes.  They then notify the proper authorities to place a hold for immigration.  Then deported back to country of origin.

  6. well it is an assault to an officer which is a felony so yea once you get your time done in a US prison then you probably will get deported

  7. It is possible, unlikely, but possible.

  8. The right cop might kick your assets before he called his buddy with the border patrol. Or, if the cop thought you might have aids, he could just shoot you for resisting arrest and save the taxpayers some money.

  9. I sure hope so.

  10. well, I am sure what mud killer has posted would cross many of their minds.  I am not sure...ask a border patrolman

  11. if they follow the proper protocol, maybe, even though deportation is for violent offenses, i believe. but anyways, i've seen a person charged with battery, but still not deported, because the issue of him being non-citizen was not even raised in court. in large cities, when the police arrests someone, i don't know if they even check if the person is an alein.

  12. Spit in my face and you'll wish you could leave the country.
