  1. Of course.  Weren't you 'foot printed' at birth ?

Just part of the arrest/booking process.

  2. Yes, you can be fingerprinted.  Prior to questioning you they have to have parental cooperation. Fingerprinting is part of arrest.  Even if it is a "ticket" it is a form of arrest.

  3. YOU BE AMAZED TO SEE WHAT A TEEN CAN DO WRONG TO GET FINGERPRINTED BY THE PIGGIES.LET SEE SMOKE CIGARETTES CAN DO IT THESE DAYS. DRINKING BEER,POT ANY DRUGS,GAMBLING ,FIGHTING PUNKSFROM OTHER SCHOOLS , i CAN THINK OF MORE .YET YOU DON`T WANNA HEAR THEM.

  4. What do you mean by being a juvenile legally?

What does it mean to be a juvenile illegally?

I would say anyone could be fingerprinted.

Both my children had prints of their hands and feet when they were born.

I suppose if what you mean is that children are not tall enough to be fingerprinted than the police could have them stand on a chair or something.

But I have no idea of what being a juvenile legally means!

  5. There are a couple states that have restrictions on getting identifying info from juveniles, such as fingerprints.  Most states have no such restrictions and some even demand getting that kind of info anytime any person is detained by the cops.

  6. Yes.  But this will actually be good for you and hopefully make you want to not do that again.

I work for Hospice, and most everyone on ventilators and oxygen have smoked for several years. Many have been on oxygen and/or ventilators for 5 years or so.  And they are 40 years old or so.  They won't live to be a ripe old age in good health.

  7. I think you can hun, as long as you have an appropriate adult present.

    Good Luck. X :-)
