They will probably do nothing until you are 60 days behind.  Then they take the house 90 days later.  The sheriff escorts you out because you no longer own it. /

Call your mortgage company explain your having financial difficulties at the moment and you need an extension to pay your payment.

If you are going to be late first call them and explain the situation after 30 days it will be on your credit report, heck might be able to work something out so that does not happen. Too many people when late on a bill ignore the people that they owe, biggest mistake communication with them helps and allot.
