It all depends.....  When you apply for housing the look at your income and your expenses, example if you make $100,000 per year or just over 8000 per month and you have ALOT of bills (everything included, vehicles, child support, medical bills etc... then yes you would probably qualify..  It doesnt matter how much money you have coming in it matters on how much money you have going out.  Analyze your bills, contact your housing authority and speak to a case worker.
