Can you be on your period if you're pregnant?

Question

I had s*x 3 months go, again 2 months ago, and 2 weeks ago. I've had 3 periods since then (I didn't miss any periods yet). I've had an irregular period before this, but now it seems to be normal. The period I had this week came about 3 days early and started off with dark blood. It isn't light either.

Is it possible to be pregnant?

Is this even normal?

and your body is probably just going through another change.

actually you can what you have to do is  go to the doctors and see whats wrong . if you have your period a lot it because your probably pregnant . see my Friend didn't know she was pregnant until she was 5 months and she got her period regularly

Once a month a lining in the uterus is created, but since there is no baby there the lining gets shed, which means getting your period. When a woman gets pregnant, the lining doesn't get shed because the egg needs it there. Therefore, you don't have your period.

There are some pregnancy's that have bleeding. Through out there pregnancy. Have you taken a test. Take one and make sure. If you are, make an appointment asap with the doctor.and about the blood being dark u have to watch that . First take a test for sure and find out.

The answer is yes. I was at the doctors office several months ago and overheard this woman saying that she didn't know she was pregnant until just a few months before the baby was due. She said she continued having her period every month, that's why she had no idea.

Before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I had an irregular period during my first month of pregnancy and didn't find out I was pregnant until I was nearly 3 months along.

It is very rare!  My grandmother had 7 during her pregnancies with both her children.  So it does happen.  I do not think this is your case.  My period starts out with dark blood and then it lightens in a day or two.
