Can you be potitioned onto the Swimming paralympic team?

Question

I missed paralympic trails because of brain surgery. I have the cuts for my classafaction (S12) and I checked the canadain team and there were no S12 repersented. I'm in shape and will be going to the Can-Am in Vancouver in July. I just want to know if its possible. I just thought of this earilier today. I'm not expecting it I was just wondering if its possible. I know in the olympics they will potition for specail reasons.
