I do not think you have to be 21. I am not sure if their is really any alcohol in it but most people assuse the is none, so the cashiers would let someone who is under 21 buy it.

This is a very good question!  I never thought about it.

Hummm, let's see.

Since O'douls is marketed as a non-alcholic beverage, you

would think it would be available to anyone, right?

Comon sense and logic does dictate that, doesn't it?

Well, not so fast!

The liqour industry's powerfull lobby has worked hard to

convince our state and federal legislators to restrict the

sale of O'douls and other non-alchohlic, beer tasting

beverages to liqour stores. If you have noticed, it's place-

ment has been restricted to the liqour and beer section

of the grocery stores as well. This is not about ethics or

morality.This is about politics and the money flow.

I understand your question. I just don't know the answer.

Maybe you can talk to your local representative or legislator

and see how you can change this arrangement.Make sure

you do some serious research on the subject.

No there is still a small amount of alcohol but not enough to cause intoxication.

You have to be 18. It's classified as non-alcoholic even though there is some alcohol in it - just not enough to be considered and alcoholic beverage
