  7. IN MY OWN OPINION, No should be the answer to these question, how can someone who engage in drugs before BECOME A GOOD COP? I am not prejudging a person, there are lots of job out there who needs applicant WHY KEEP ASKING FOR A JOB that requires good behaviour in their past lives, esp. drugs is a felony.

If the person is a drug addict before and rehabilitate himself he can be a CARPENTER, a sales clerk, A WINDOW WASHER, car washer, PAINTER, tattoo artist...etc there are endless list of jobs who will employed a former drug defendant. WHY BE A COP?

  8. Yes you can. Experimenting as a teen will not keep you from becoming a police officer. The questions will be what kind, how often and when was the last time.

  9. Technically, yes.  You would have to lie about it in your background though, and if they found out you would be fired (for lying on the background).

  10. if you know how to do this you can

  11. Sure, as long as you just did one. ;)

  12. my husband wanted to be a police officer but had a felony on his record because of his driving. He talked to a local officer who said that if he did decide to join that the school would look over it since it was not that bad. If you were not a repeat offender I don't see why not.

  13. it all depends, have you been convicted of using drugs in the past? If you've just recreationally smoked weed or something and it's out of your system now, I don't see it being a problem.
