Can you bet on a horse to come in last???

My grandpa, somehow, always picks the horse to come in last in the Triple Crown races (Kentucky Derby, Preakness, and Bellmonte). I would really like to know , since The Preakness is tommorrow, if I can bet on the horse to come in last. Perhaps an internet horse gambling site? Thanks! :)

not at the actual window.  at these big races I bet Vegas sports books have quirky side bets like this.

You might be able to find a site that does that as what's called a "proposition bet".

I do not know if this will help but i will tell you anywhere there was a horse called zippy chippy and a man raced against the horse and run around the horse track against zippy and beat him,

The answer is no.

There have been gimmick bets in the past for some races where two runners would be coupled and you would select who would finish higher, but still you are wagering on a runner to defeat another in a race within a race at least to handicappers).
