yes.  you can get an account with twinspires.com or you can get an account with xpressbet.com.  I'm not sure about twinspires.com, but I know that xpressbet is free.  You just sign up and deposit money... there's no requirements about how much you have to spend per month and you don't have membership fees or anything.  If you sign up for an xpressbet account by tomorrow and you bet $100, you get a $100 credit to your betting account.  I think twinspires is having some kind of special to attract people at the moment too.  I believe those are the only 2 ways that you can bet online for the Derby.

Churchill is still pissed at TVG for selling it's signal overseas without permission.

kmnmiami is correct. In addition, Twinspires.com is also free, they have a promotion where if you wager $500 within 30 days, you'll be credited with $100 in your account. Xpress Bet has a good promotion going on now, I had an account with them for a few months but found their entire set up way too frustrating
