Can you block people from calling or texting you on a phone?

You can if you phone is setup to do that if not you would have to go to your local phone dealer where you got it from. Or you could also save the number on your contacts and put as name ignore and you know to ignore the phone call.

Yes you can. I just called my company (Verizon Wireless) becuz my daughters ex-boyfriend (can you say Whacko!?) is harassing her.

Sure enough, I was able to get his phone numbers blocked so she can't get his phone calls or texts.  She is very happy now.   The cost is $5.00 a month and you can cancel the service at anytime.

you can call into your service providers customer service. They can most likely block it for you. Most companies have some guidelines tho... like you cannot be past due, the caller must have called you 5 times within the lasr 5 days... so on and so forth. Most representatives forget about the rules any ways :) but go ahead and call into you service providers customer service and they can get it blocked for you... the only thing is, is that the number will only stay blocked for 60 days at time. good luck.
