Can you boil Kangaroo sausages?

my grill is not currently working and I was wondering if it is possible to boil kangaroo snags. I have heard some where that you can't boil all snags

you can but it won't taste very nice, you can put them on a tray and bake them in the oven

If you normally grill, boiled sausages won't appeal to you. Brook's suggestion works, but I like to pan fry sausages when I'm not able to grill them. You should probably throw a little oil in the pan to start, then turn, cook, brown them just like you would on a grill.
