Can you breast feed if you have breast implants?

I'am planning to have breast implants but I'm not sure, because, if i get kids I don't know if i can breast feed with implants.

yes! u can! my sis did n had a baby and breast fed!

come to think of it, i can recall 2 others gals i know who did. its not a problem!

I was watching this reality show and this girl wanted breast implants but she was fighting with her husband because he wanted a baby and they were talking about how she had to choose one or the other, so since it was a REALITY show, Im guessing its REAL lol, so overall I dont think its good to get breast implants then have a baby

yes you usually can although some women do find it more difficult. also, after pregnancy the b*****s change shape, and many friends i have that have had implants before falling pregnant wish they had of waited until AFTER they had their kids, because their b*****s became saggy and heavy and they feel that their implants were a waste of money and some have even had to have them re-done.

If you really want implants, i'd recommend getting them after you have kids so theyre not ruined.
