  2. Natalie is correct. Yes you can, kingsnakes and milksnakes both belong to the same genus (Lampropeltis) and kingsnake.com is full of kingsnake/milksnake hybrids.

  4. kingsnakes cant breed with milkshakes jeez that'll be a nasty shake....but answer is no two different types of snakes of  different species

  5. it is not advised to breed two different species if snakes. odds are both your snakes would die. my opinion, dont try unless you want dead snakes.
